Founded in 1994, Drive Solutions, Inc. ( DSI ) has been providing storage solutions and Data Recovery internationally to a wide variety of consumers. Our customer base consists of end users, resellers, distributors, schools, and all government entities. With over 15 years of experience, our team has the technical expertise needed for all storage applications, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, phone systems, communication devices and more.

DSI carries a wide variety of hard drive inventory that consists of all interfaces, capacities, and conditions. New drives carry the manufacturer's warranty and used drives carry a 90 day warranty.

Flexstar V8 Tester

Every used or pulled drive undergoes vigorous testing on our state of the art test equipment. Testing procedures include a read, write and seek test on a Flexstar test unit. Once a drive passes the Flexstar test, it is tested on a PC to confirm there are no bad sectors, it boots up correctly, and the noise decibel rating meets our high standards.

After a hard drive passes all testing procedures, it is then processed by the Quality Control Department. The cosmetic condition of all drives must meet our requirements. All drives are cleaned and heat-sealed in anti-static bags in preparation for shipping. Manufacturer approved, custom packaging is used for shipping all drive combinations and form factors.

Returns or replacements are a breeze with our bar code tracking software. DSI can track every drive by serial number, model number, customer purchase order number and invoice number. DSI offers a money back guarantee and advance replacements on all orders returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders under warranty that are returned after 30 days, are subject to replacement only.
