I have to admit, it was one of the EZest and worth while efforts I've had to endure. The only glitch I had was my own fault for not upgrading sooner. I had to run the MSOFFICE LIS Tool and enable it for all the components of my MS Office 2003 Professional. Apparently, because I had been running out of disk space, auto updates hadn't ocurred for so long LIS had been disabled and now with the new larger disk the updates to Office would still not install until LIS was re-enabled. Comments: ordered the Hitachi 100 gig hard drive to replace a full 20 gig in my Compaq Presario. Amazingly simple swap. I took about 4 hours to clone the drive and about 10 minutes to replace to old with the new. There have been no problems and there is a significant performance increase. I like your product and your service. Thanks.
