Comments: I ordered a laptop drive and the ez hard drive upgrade kit from Drive Solutions, on Saturday the 10th of Sept. It was setting in my front door when I got home from work on the 15th. Great job. I used the upgrade kit that they offer to clone the new drive and it worked great, no problems, I highly recommend it, plus you get to use it with the old drive as a external drive. The notebook I was upgrading was a Sony but I could not fine any info from Drive Solutions as to how to get into the Sony notebook to remove the old hard drive, it was not in their list of note books and that was the only problem I encountered while installing this drive. The service I received from Drive Solutions was just great. If any one does want to install a hard drive into a Sony notebook they can fine the info at http://tuxmobil.org/disassembly_laptop.html. good luck and thank you for your prompt service and best prices.

Comments: The old drive was cloned to the new drive in less than 1 hour this evening and considering that constituted a 33gb backup, that's pretty impressive. Start to finish the entire upgrade took less than 2 hours and I had the new drive installed and working and now have over 45gb of unused space! It has taken MUCH longer than that to use Windows Backup to make an extra copy of the data on my old hard drive before I reformat that old drive to use it as work space.
